Our first Mom's Group without Julie

Today was our first Mom's Group play date since Julie and the boys moved to Germany in early June. Deanna and her girls, Veronika and her gang, and Shellie and her gang all showed up. The kids played in the pool, on the swing set, in the house and then had a lunch followed by more playtime.  When Elin started to cry because she was the only one sitting in the family room while all the kids were having their lunch party, all the kids raced to her rescue and started to talk to her.  She was the center of their attention.  Then the kids had ICE CREAM, CUPCAKES and POPSICLES. What more could a kid ask for?
